Privacy Notice — HAB Regime Monitor

This notice covers thehabreport.com's HAB Regime Monitor pages and the HAB Regime Monitor software, sold by Azimuth Group LLC, an Indiana limited liability company ("Azimuth," "we").
What we collect, and from where
When you buy. Our payment processor collects your name, email address, billing address and payment details to take your payment. We receive your name, email address, billing address and the order details. We never see your full card number.
When you email support. We receive what you send us: your email address, your message and any attachments. Do not send us API keys, passwords or account numbers; we do not need them and will ask you to remove them.
When you use the Software. Nothing. The Software runs on your computer. It does not contact Azimuth. It sends no usage data, telemetry, error reports or identifiers to us. Your API key, the market data you collect and your record stay on your computer. The Software connects only to your data provider, using your own account.
When you visit the website. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, browser type, time). We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
What we use it for
To deliver the Software and the download link; to send receipts, license and update notices; to answer support requests; to prevent fraud and misuse; and to keep the records that tax and consumer law require.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not share it for advertising. We do not use it to send marketing unless you ask us to. We do not collect information from children under 18; the Software is not offered to them.
Who else sees it
Our payment processor, which has its own privacy policy and handles your payment details; our website host and email provider, as needed to run the service; and authorities or advisers where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Purchase records for as long as tax and accounting law require. Support emails for as long as needed to resolve the request and for a reasonable period after. Server logs for a short rolling period set by our host.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows (we must keep purchase records for tax purposes). Email [email protected] from the address on your purchase. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws have the rights those laws give them; we do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it. If you believe we have not handled your information properly, you may also contact your state's attorney general.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will post the new version at this address with a new effective date. Material changes will be emailed to the address on your purchase.
